ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we take payment from you and despatch the product(s). Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the despatch email do not form part of that contract. DELIVERY

In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other applicable legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Free delivery applies within the UK Mainland when you spend £50 or more online in a single order delivered to a single address. The basket value is calculated inclusive of any other promotions. Please note that certain products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions and/or timescales. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Sable & Black reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. When ordering goods online for delivery overseas the goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied prior to the package reaching or on delivery of the package to the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. RETURNS AND CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Please review our Returns policy, which applies to products purchased online. Please note that the Returns policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel contracts for the purchase of goods made online in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or other consumer legislation. Our refund or exchange policy is offered when goods are returned with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 28 days of purchase or receipt, excluding sale items. For sale items purchased via our Website, we will be happy to either refund or exchange an item if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt. Returns cannot be accepted on personalised products unless the item is faulty. CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013

CREDIT NOTES
Credit Notes may be used to purchase goods of the same amount, or of a higher price than the amount of the Credit Note on payment of the difference. Credit Notes cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit Notes cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. Credit Notes should be treated as cash, Sable & Black will not accept liability if lost, stolen or damaged. Customers are restricted to a maximum of one Credit Note that can be redeemed in any one transaction online. When you redeem Credit Notes online for products available via sableandblack.co.uk, you will be required to contact us. If you have to return goods you have purchased online using a Credit Note, then in most instances we will credit you with a new Credit Note for sum of the purchase. The Credit Note has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you redeem your Credit Note before the expiry date that appears on the voucher. Credit Notes expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Once the Credit Note has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances.
