Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD.

Once your item has been dispatched we’ll send a confirmation email, to the email address you provided during the checkout process, to let you know your order is on its way.

Items are usually delivered within 7 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 6pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Please note, items of clothing may take up to 14 working days for delivery as these products are made to order. For International Delivery lead times please see below

If no-one is available, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour. The courier will attempt to make delivery and obtain a signature up to 3 times before the parcel is returned to us.

If you have ordered several items at once, your items may be split into separate deliveries which may arrive on different days or from different couriers. You won’t be charged extra for these additional deliveries.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If delays beyond our control occur we will make every effort to keep you informed of a revised delivery date, however we are not under any liability to you for such delay or failure.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. Please note that if you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days. There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within 7 days; this is due to limited courier availability in these areas.

We can't currently deliver orders to BFPO addresses.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver to the UK, Ireland, Europe, United States of America, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

£12.95 for delivery to Ireland and Europe. Delivery in 7-10 days
£15.95 for delivery to United States of America and Canada. Delivery in 10-14 days.
£17.95 for delivery to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery in 14-21 days

Payment is to be made in GBP or may be offered in an alternative local currency applicable to the country where the order is being shipped. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate; if payment is made in a currency not issued as standard by the bank, they may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

Please note:

For orders sent outside of the EU the recipient is responsible for customs formalities and may have to pay local taxes or other charges/import duties associated with these.

The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU.

If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering Products to be delivered there.

You (or the recipient of the Products if different) will be the Importer for all international deliveries of the Products. Therefore, before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to check that any Products ordered comply with country, state and/or federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
