We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

Once your order has been dispatched we値l send a confirmation email to the email address you provided during the checkout process, to let you know your order is on its way. If you have not yet received a confirmation of dispatch it may still be possible to cancel your order by contacting us here. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our Returns procedure below.

RETURNS
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it according to your instructions. In line with our returns policy, you have up to 28 days to exchange a product from the date you received your order, excluding sale items. For sale items, we will be happy to either refund or exchange an item if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt.

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in its original condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.

Once returned, we値l refund the PayPal account of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items purchased during Sale and Special Offer events.

If you are returning the full order we値l refund the standard delivery charge. However, if you're only returning some of the items on your order, we will only refund the cost of those items and you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

If you are exchanging an item, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. However, we will cover the cost of sending the alternative item to you once your original order arrives with us.

Where a product has been made to measure or personalised for you, or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange.

If you return your item to us and you'd like a refund but don't have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we'll give you a Credit Note to the value of the current selling price.

If you are returning a gift and don稚 have a receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we値l refund you with a Credit Note to the value of the current selling price.

If you are returning an item that was purchased using a Credit Note, please be aware that you will be refunded with a replacement Credit Note. If you are returning the full order we値l refund the standard delivery charge. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).

It can take up to 14 days, after the product is received by us, to receiving your refund to your Paypal account.

OR If there were no goods supplied, it can take up to 14 days, after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order, to receiving your refund to your Paypal account.

RETURNING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of postage from your post office. We will credit your Paypal account as soon as possible.
